Day 01 :

Day 1: Nairobi-Samburu

Pick up at the airport, after a short safari briefing, you will drive north of Nairobi passing through the Equator and the majestic Mount Kenya en route to the open savannah of Samburu Game Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch, Check in at a Lodge/camp. After lunch you will have some time to relax before you go for an evening game drive. The highlights of Samburu game reserve is the spectacular scenic beauty, rivers and forests. It is an area where the local people have a rich and colorful heritage. The reserves have numerous permanent springs and a wealth of wildlife which includes leopard, hippo, elephant, lion, reticulated giraffe, grevy zebra and crocodile in the Ewaso Nyiro river. Over 365 species of birds have been identified in the reserve. Come back to the Lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 02 :

Day 2: Samburu

Spend another day with both morning and afternoon game viewing drives. The main attractions are the resident wildlife species like the Reticulated Giraffe, Gravy’s Zebra, Beisa Oryx, and the blue-necked Somali Ostrich that are rare elsewhere in the country. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 03 :

Day 3: Samburu – Nairobi

After an early breakfast, enjoy an enroute morning game drive, then depart for Nairobi with lunch on the way. Arrive Nairobi in the late afternoon, drop of at the airport/Hote
